RETURN POLICY

At MID, we strive relentlessly to ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee every penny you spend is worthwhile. Hence, we will be glad to replace an order based on any of the following reasons:

  • The size ordered is not of desired fit
  • The order was mistakenly replaced with another item
  • You received a faulty item.

To replace your order or request for cash refund, kindly email or call our customer care line (i.e admin@midkollections.com or 08031113598 )within 3 days of receiving your package. 

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will contact you within 72 hours.

REPLACEMENT

Products will only be replaced with another size of same color, design and brand initially ordered. In the case the item is no longer available in the newly requested size, the customer may request for another color, design of same brand or another brand of equal price or request for a refund.

Please note, products will only be replaced or cash refunded if products are returned in their original condition i.e original packaging, unlaundered and with the tags still attached. More importantly, items must be returned to us within the next 5 working days.

COST OF RETURN

The cost of shipment of both returned and new item will be borne by the customer should the cause of return be due to an error of the customer ordering a wrong size. In the situation the customer received a wrong or faulty item, MID will be responsible for the shipping charges of both the returned and new item.

Please Endeavor To Use The Size Chart As Guide; This Will Reduce The Chances Of Picking The Wrong Size
